We review the lane, equipment and timing and send a rate with the terms spelled out, including how fuel, detention and any extra services are handled.

We confirm the pickup window with the shipper, arrive on time and verify the freight against the paperwork. During transit we provide updates at pickup, at the border for cross border loads, and on the road.
Step 5: Border crossing, if applicable
For cross border freight, paperwork is checked before the truck leaves. We coordinate with your customs broker so the load is pre-arrival ready and clears as smoothly as possible.
Step 6: Delivery and proof of delivery
At delivery the receiver signs, and we send the signed proof of delivery promptly so you can invoice and close out the load.
